We sell one category of product: a topical cosmetic. This page explains what that means, what it doesn't, and what your business can and can't say about it.
- What it is
- A topical cosmetic serum, labeled and listed as a cosmetic, with an ingredient list on the label.
- What it isn't
- Not a drug, biologic, tissue product, or device. Not FDA approved, and no exosome product is. Not for injection. Not for use on needled, ablated, or otherwise compromised skin.
- What "FDA registered facility" means
- The manufacturer's facility is registered and inspected. Registration is not approval, and we don't use it as a selling point.
- Responsible person
- The manufacturer is the MoCRA responsible person for this product. Cellara routes any adverse event report to them within one business day.
- What you can say
- Describes how skin and hair look and feel. Examples on the approved language sheet.
- What you can't say
- Anything about what the skin does. Regenerate, repair, stimulate collagen, treat, cure, regrow hair.
- Where we sell
- Florida only, to professional accounts.
