No. Our serum is a topical cosmetic for intact skin. We don't sell or support use on compromised skin.
Is this FDA approved?
No, and no exosome product is. It is a cosmetic, labeled and listed as one, and we keep the language cosmetic.
Do you ship outside Florida?
No. We sell to Florida professional accounts only.
Do I need a medical director to buy?
No. You need a Florida business license and esthetics, cosmetology, medical, or health care clinic credentials.
Where is Cellara Serum made?
In Florida, in a facility that operates under cGMP and holds AATB accreditation and Florida tissue bank licensure. Every lot ships with its Certificate of Analysis and an independent lab report.
What comes with each order?
Lot level Certificate of Analysis, the approved language sheet, and marketing assets.
What's the difference between cryopreserved and freeze dried?
Same serum, two storage paths. Cryopreserved for practices with a freezer, freeze dried for ambient shelf storage.
How long does verification take?
Most applications are verified within two business days. We check your license and credentials on file.
Do you offer Net 30 terms?
Yes, for approved accounts with a credit limit set by our team. Card, ACH, and wire payment are also available.
Can I buy Cellara Serum anywhere else?
